All our digital products come with a 365-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied, write to us within that period for a full refund of your purchase. Downloading or accessing the product does not void this guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout, the product name and the order or receipt ID so we can find your purchase. A reason is optional. Never send a card number or payment credentials by email. We acknowledge receipt and reply within 1 to 2 business days.

How your money is refunded

We refund eligible purchases to the original payment method, through our payment provider. How long the funds take to appear depends on the provider, its payment partners and your bank. If you paid in installments or used financing, the payment provider handles the adjustments under its own terms; contact us and we'll help you track down a refund.

You keep your files

Even if you're refunded, you keep the files you've already received: the library, the bonuses and the gifts. Online access to your download page ends after the refund. Your use remains personal, plus selling the finished pieces you make; the files themselves may not be shared, resold or redistributed. If you can't access your purchase, contact us for help or a refund.
